5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your stored analyses may be deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Groundwork Labs LLC. You retain ownership of any documents you upload, which are processed solely to provide analysis results.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
